The Compassion Salon presents Dr Lesley Morrison and Dr Fiona Philippi in conversation.
Self-care and self-compassion are vital to staying healthy and fulfilled. But how do we make time for both at times of stress? For healthcare workers during the pandemic, finding the time for self-care can seem an impossible task.
In this salon, Lesley and Fiona explore compassionate ways of thinking about healthcare, for both professionals and their patients. Their discussion will examine the benefits of holistic healthcare, viewing health as an interaction of physical, mental, environmental and spiritual wellbeing.
