Christie Watson a children’s nurse by background is the Professor of Medical and Health Humanities, University of East Anglia. Christie is an award winning bestselling writer of both fiction and non-fiction. The stage adaptation to her first nursing memoir, The Language of Kindness begins a UK tour this month.

Christie has published two novels, including the Costa First Novel Award winning Tiny Sunbirds Far Away. Her first non-fiction book, The Language of Kindness: A Nurse’s Story was a Number One Sunday Times Bestseller and is currently in Sunday Times Bestseller list and her second, The Courage to Care is out now. @tinysunbird
